Registration Information

1. Download a registration form.
   • Girl's Spring Soccer Registration
2. Complete the registration form and sign all required forms (Parent(s) or Guardian and Child).
3. Sign-up to participate in one of the following ways:
   • Coach
   • Assistant Coach
   • Team Parent Helper (snacks, etc.)
   • Referee Coordinator
   • Field or Gym Coordinator
   • General Volunteer (where needed most).
4. Enclose the registration fee of $30. 
   • Make checks payable to Lancaster Mennonite School - MSO.
   • The registration fee is $30 per player;
   • Additional players in a family are $25 each, up to a maximum of $80 per family. 
   • The late registration fee is $50 per player.
   • A team shirt is provided in the price.
