Registration Information

Deadline for winter (basketball) season: September 19, 2008

To learn more about MSO Basketball come to one of our three locations (Locust Grove, Kraybill, or New Danville) on Monday, September 8 from 6:30pm - 8:00pm.  You can register at that time as well.

You may download a registration form and mail it to

  1. Pay the registration fee of $25 - checks made payable to Lancaster Mennonite School - MSO
    (The registration fee is $25 per player; additional players in a family are $20 each, up to a maximum of $85 per family.  A team shirt is provided in the price.)

  2. Complete the registration form and sign all required forms (Parent(s) or Guardian and Child)

  3. Sign-up to participate in one of the following ways:

    • Coach
    • Assistant Coach
    • Team Parent Helper (snacks, etc.)
    • Referee Coordinator
    • Field or Gym Coordinator
    • General Volunteer (where needed most)
